আপন সাধন আমার হইল না
কি বুঝিল পাগলা মনে আপন সাধন কইল না ॥
আমার মাঝে কোন জন, তাঁরে খুঁজল না
ঠাকুরচান্দ ঘরের মাঝে চেয়ে দেখল না ॥
ঘরে থাকতে ধর তাঁরে, গেলে পাবে না
গেলে পরে সে আর ফিরে আমার ঘরে আসবে না ॥
কি বুঝিয়া বসিয়া রইলে, কেন ধর না
ঘর থাকিয়া বাহির হইলে, খুঁজিয়া পাবে না ॥
বুড়া হইলায় হাসন রাজা, তাও কী বুঝ না
ঘরে থাকতে ঠাকুর ধর ছাড়িয়া দিও না ॥

My Sadhana remained incomplete

Who knows what happened to my crazy mind?

My mind didn't bother to find out

who residing in me!

Not even took care to look into the house

where Lord resides!

Catch Him while He's in home,

you will loose Him if he goes away.

He will never return once he leaves.

What makes you sit here and why don't grab him?

If he goes out of the house, you won't find him ever.

Get hold of the Lord when He's in the house
