আমি কই আইলাম রে, কই ছিল মোর বাড়ি
কোনখানে আসিয়া আমি করি লড়ালড়ি ॥
কোথায় আইলাম কোথায় যাব ছাড়ি
কে মোরে এথায় আনলো পায়ে দিয়া দড়ি ॥
নৌকাতে আইলাম আমি, সঙ্গে ছয় দাড়ি
আমার সঙ্গে করে তারা সদাই হুড়াহুড়ি ॥
হুড়াহুড়ি কইর‌্যা ভাঙ্গে নায়ের যত হাড়ি
মানুষের কার্য্য নাহি, কার্য্য করে দেরি ॥
তাদের পায়ে কৌশলে, দিব আমি বেড়ি
কিবা তাদের শক্তি আছে, জানিতাম কাড়ি ॥
দিনে রাইতে জ্বালাইলো, করি ঘুরাঘুরি
হাসন রাজার ভাবনা কেবল, কিমত করি তাড়ি ॥
