এমন রূপ দেখি নাই শহরে বন্দর ॥

বঞ্চিতে না পারি ঘরে দেখিয়া কাঁকন
চমক লুকাইয়া কেন টানিয়া নেয় রে মন ॥
কি কব তার ভঙ্গিরে, কি কব তার খুবি
প্রেমেরই সাগরে আমি দেখিয়া গেলাম ডুবি ॥
হাবুডুবু খাই আমিরে সমুদ্দরে পড়িয়া
উচাইট উচাইট করি কেবল তাহার লাগিয়া ॥
চান্দমুখ না দেখিলে বঞ্চিতে না পারি
কোলে লও, কোলে লও বন্ধুরে তব চরণ ধরি ॥
